Wendy writes about her day and ends it by letting people know that most of the time Ds isn't a major part of their lives. I think I'm in that same boat. I mean, we're all aware that Lillian has Down syndrome, but we've never let it rule our lives. We live like everyone else. We enjoy our days like you do. We have rough days like you do (I mean...I do have an 8 year old, 4 year old, and 19 month old!). And most of the time, those days have nothing to do with Down syndrome!
It's really on how you choose to live and we choose to live happy.

I never thought I'd be writing this a year ago when we got our prenatal diagnosis but you're absolutely right. It's such a small part of life really. I'd venture to say my other children without DS have caused me many more headaches in fact.
