or otherwise known as tear duct probing, is what Lillian will have tomorrow morning (May 11, 2010) at 7:30 a.m.
She has a wet or watery right eye, which isn't terribly bad nor painful, but it is something that needs to be taken care of so she doesn't develop any infections later down the road. This watery eye is something that is pretty common with some kiddos with Down syndrome.
It's not major surgery or life threatening...but she will be put under anesthesia. So, from one blogger to another, mom to mom, friend to friend...I just ask for positive thoughts and lots of prayers our way. Just ask that the doctor has steady hands!
Will update tomorrow!
